SUBJECT:  ATTESTMENT TO SERVICES RECEIVED BY DR. OMAR GONZALEZ

I, Gini Larson, started seeing Dr. Omar Gonzalez in 1998.  I was extremely    obese as well as having arthritis. On one of my visits to Dr. Gonzalez, I was  having severe pain and was using a cane to walk, I received acupuncture for my knees and ankles and was able to skip out of Dr. Gonzalez office.  On yet another trip to see Dr. Gonzalez, I told him that the heat was bothering me so bad because I did not perspire which caused me to have migraine headaches, Dr. Gonzalez told me he could fix that problem and I received acupuncture for the sweat glands.  It worked, it truly, truly worked, I went outside and was perspiring immediately.   I believe that  Dr. Gonzalez performs miracles.  He is a true savior and will always be considered a dear friend.
